Bell SCHEDULE

• Office Hours: 7 am - 4 pm
• Doors Open: 7:55 am
• School Day: 8:25 am - 2:55 pm
• 2 Hour Early Dismissal: 12:55 pm
• 2½ Hour Early Dismissal: 12:25 pm

Car Riders - Drop Off

• Primary (Pre-K to 2nd Grade/Older Siblings/4th Grade Mrs. Rishell) 🟧
  • Enter the loop via Byrkit Drive - Please DO NOT park along the road
  • There are numbered cones. Please pull up as far as possible to allow multiple cars in the loop.
  • Staff are available to help your student enter the building.

• Intermediate (3rd to 5th Grade) and Magnet Drop Off 🟩
  • Enter the parking lot via S. Clifton Drive.
  • Pull up along the sidewalk as far as possible to allow multiple cars in the loop.
  • Please DO NOT park in the parking lot as these spots are designated for staff.

Car Riders - Pick Up

Any changes to dismissal should be communicated to the front office in writing.

• Primary (Pre-K to 2nd Grade/Older Siblings) 🟧
  • Students will be assigned a pick up number. Parents will receive a car tag with the number.
  • Staff will dismiss students by number over the walkie when you arrive into the loop.
  • Intermediate siblings will be dismissed with Primary Car Riders.
  • Please make sure students are buckled before driving.
  • Enter the loop via Byrkit Drive - Please DO NOT park along the road

• Intermediate (3rd to 5th Grade) 🟩
  • Students will be assigned a pick up number. Parents will receive a car tag with the number.
  • Staff will dismiss students by number over the walkie when you arrive into the loop.
  • Intermediate siblings will be dismissed with Primary Car Riders.
  • Please make sure students are buckled before driving.
  • Enter the parking lot via S. Clifton Drive.
  • Pull up along the sidewalk as far as possible to allow multiple cars in the loop.
  • Please DO NOT park or block spots in the parking lot as these spots are designated for staff.

Walkers

• Please use the crosswalks
• Students may arrive at either the Primary (Pre-K to 2nd) or Intermediate (3rd to 5th) entrance.
• Please DO NOT walk students to the main office.

Parking

• Please do not park in the bus loop during morning drop off (7:55 - 8:25 am) or afternoon dismissal (2:55 pm - 3:15 pm)
• Accessible parking is available in the staff parking lot and in front of the school in the bus loop.
